2. Registration

• full payment has been successfully received.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.

Registration categories are subject to eligibility requirements. Delegates may be requested to provide supporting documentation.

3. Registration Fees

All registration fees are quoted in the currency displayed on the registration website.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown during the registration process.

Registration fees include only those items specifically listed under the applicable registration category.

Travel, accommodation, insurance and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

4. Payment

Payments may be made using the payment methods offered through the registration system.

Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.

If a payment is declined or reversed, the Organiser may cancel the registration without liability.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Congress Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.

6. Delegate Substitution

Delegate substitutions may be permitted subject to the conditions specified in the Refund Policy.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse substitution requests received after the published deadline.

7. Scientific Programme

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• modify the scientific programme;
• change speakers;
• amend session schedules;
• substitute presentations;
• change venues within the Congress location;
• alter social events.

Such changes do not entitle delegates to refunds.

8. Photography and Recording

The Congress may be photographed, filmed or recorded.

By attending, delegates consent to the use of their image, voice and likeness in:

• promotional materials;
• Congress publications;
• websites;
• social media;
• educational materials;
• future Congress marketing.

If a delegate does not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, they should notify the Congress Secretariat before the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

9. Delegate Conduct

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour:

• is abusive;
• is discriminatory;
• constitutes harassment;
• disrupts the Congress;
• endangers others;
• violates applicable laws.

No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

10. Name Badges

Congress badges must be worn at all official Congress activities.

Badges are personal and non-transferable unless formally approved by the Organiser.

Lost badges may be replaced at the Organiser's discretion and may incur an administrative fee.

11. Certificates of Attendance

Certificates will be issued only to delegates who satisfy the attendance requirements established by the Organiser.

Certificates may be provided electronically after the Congress.

12. Abstracts and Presentations

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy and originality of their submissions.

By submitting an abstract or presentation, authors grant the Organiser a non-exclusive licence to:

• publish abstracts;
• reproduce submitted materials within Congress publications;
• include accepted abstracts in proceedings;
• display presentations during the Congress.

Authors remain responsible for obtaining any necessary copyright permissions.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

• logos;
• graphics;
• text;
• documents;
• photographs;
• branding;
• website design;

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No material may be reproduced without prior written permission from the Organiser unless otherwise permitted by law.

14. Website Availability

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous availability, the Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website.

• civil unrest;
• industrial action;
• venue closure;
• utility failures.
